Simkiss Control Systems were originally incorporated in 1999 and over the years have expanded to a multi-million pound organisation with a customer base ranging from major blue chip companies, through to small, owner-operated businesses.
In 2007, Simkiss acquired Varcol Electrical Services Ltd and have successfully amalgamated the two companies to run as one. Varcol were formed in 1973 and have become a well-known systems integrator, renowned for their quality and service. Varcol have and will continue to be a valued asset to the Simkiss Group and make the combined group one of the largest control system manufacturers in the north of England.
