The Simkiss Group offers term and resident contracts to our clients. This involves our staff permanently deployed on our customer’s sites.
The size and scope of our term contracts vary significantly with the requirements of clients. We deploy skilled electrical and mechanical operatives to meet our customers’ requirements. The scope of work can include electrical and mechanical maintenance, minor project works, modernisation upgrades, test, and inspections and site surveys.
In all cases, our approach of working in partnership with our customers has been critical to our success, as our activity always involves working as an extension of their own organisation.
We have maintenance teams with experience in a broad range of industries, which can be made available on a 24/7 call out basis for critical customer applications. We are also able to supply supplementary skilled personnel to cover short term peaks for maintenance activity or vacation cover.
In addition, we can work with our customers to develop and implement structured preventative maintenance regimes, in order to maximise production and minimise whole life plant costs.
